Neighborhood Outreach
We do this through Block Parties, neighborhood beautification projects like house renovations and events like our Spring Clean Up, and our annual 5K run/walk and Christmas Store.

Leadership Development
Lighthouse Leaders
Our Lighthouse Leaders are individuals, couples, families, or roommates who have made the choice to live on mission in North Omaha by engaging with and building relationships with their neighbors.
We’ve seen a 75% decrease in crime in neighborhoods where Lighthouses are present.

Community Leaders
Community Leaders are those who have grown up in the community and decided to stay in order to make a lasting impact in the neighborhoods where they grew up. Many of our campus partners such as Leona’s and Stable Grey exemplify the community leader model.
Leadership Lunch
Join a network of diverse influencers who are FROM the community and FOR the community. This event is hosted on the Better Together Campus in the Administration building.
